Lung Teh Shipbuilding, and Jong Shyn Shipbuilding. To provide in
an integrated way for the needs of the industry, the government has
transformed ports into development bases for the offshore wind power
industry, including the Port of Taipei (underwater foundations), the Port
of Taichung (offshore wind power components), and the Kaohsiung
Xingda Fishing Port (underwater foundations).
