The company will continue to develop all-steel blades, laminated steel or composite material blade manufacturing technologies, and introduce a smart system to monitor process information in real time, increase production and management efficiency, and provide customers with excellent cost-effective products. The new headquarters will be planned as a green building installed with solar power generation facilities, energy-saving lighting and variable frequency air conditioners, in hopes of achieving energy conservation and carbon reduction.
Chen Tai International Paper Co., Ltd. mainly engages in lunch box molding OEM and trading business. The company is optimistic about Taiwan’s large population that eats out and the business opportunities of delivery platforms, which has continued to increase market demand for paper containers. Hence, it decided to recruit 7 domestic employees and invest NT$500 million to expand its plant in Chiayi Dapumei Precision Machinery Park, purchase automation equipment and systems, and produce eco-friendly paper containers that do not have plastic coatings, so that they can be directly recycled after use without causing additional burden on the environment. In addition, the company plans to install solar power facilities on the roof of the new plant, and some of the plant's exterior walls will be designed with a hollow structure to reduce indoor heat accumulation, hoping to gradually become a green production company.
Jiada Egg is an egg processing plant. Its main products include raw eggs, washed eggs and liquid eggs. In order to increase the production of washed eggs, the company will establish an egg washing plant covering more than 1,000 ping in Xuejia District, Tainan City, with a total investment amount exceeding NT$400 million. The company plans to adopt a smart process, use robot arms to speed up egg loading and unloading, and adopt an automatic detection and control system, which will use sonar and optical methods to inspect products. Monitoring data will be integrated into the database in real time to establish a complete production history, and provide consumers with safer and healthier high-quality eggs. Furthermore, the new plant will give priority to equipment with the energy-saving label when making a purchase, and install solar power generation facilities on the roof, hoping to lift the burden on the environment and move towards sustainability.
